Chiropractic Manipulation
Reach your peak athletic potential and stay at the top of your game with our integrated approach to chiropractic care. We understand that optimal performance requires more than just strong muscles; it requires a body in perfect alignment. That's why we combine precise spinal and extremity manipulation with targeted deep tissue muscle work and neuromuscular re-education.
We address the root cause of limitations and injuries by focusing on both joint alignment and muscle function. Misalignments in your spine or extremities can hinder your movement, reduce power output, and increase your risk of injury – whether you're a competitive athlete or simply trying to stay active. Our manipulations restore proper alignment, allowing your body to move freely and efficiently.
But we don't stop there. Tight, restricted muscles can pull joints back out of alignment and limit your range of motion. Our skilled therapists use deep tissue muscle work to release tension, improve flexibility, and optimize muscle function. We then incorporate neuromuscular re-education to strengthen supporting structures and promote proper movement patterns, ensuring lasting results and preventing future issues.
This comprehensive approach isn't just for athletes. It's for anyone who wants to stay active, work out without pain, and enjoy a healthy, functional lifestyle. From caring for injuries to helping you maintain the strength and mobility you need to do what you love, our goal is to keep you moving and pain-free. Schedule a consultation today to discover how we can help you achieve your health and activity goals.
Myofascial Release
Neuromuscular Re-education (NMR) goes beyond simple muscle work. As a form of myofascial release, it targets the connective tissue network (fascia) that surrounds and supports your muscles. When combined with chiropractic adjustments, NMR helps release fascial restrictions, improve muscle function, and enhance joint mobility. Cupping therapy further supports this process by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. This combined approach is crucial for injury healing, prevention, and optimizing performance in all aspects of your life – from sports and hobbies to everyday activities.
MASSAGE THERAPY
We offer various therapeutic massages including Deep Tissue Therapy, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and/or Hot Stone Massage. Ashley and Stacey have 20 years of experience and are truly some of the best therapists in the Bay Area.
Sports INJURY MANAGEMENT &
REHABILITATION
We also specialize in sports injury rehabilitation, tailoring strengthening and stretching programs to your specific needs. Whether it's a shoulder injury from football, baseball, or water polo; a knee injury from pickleball or running; or soft tissue sprains and strains affecting your performance, we'll get you back in the game – or back on the court – with a comprehensive treatment plan designed to address the root cause of your pain and limitations.
Our goal is to go beyond simply reducing pain. We'll work with you diligently to develop regular stretching and core strengthening routines specific to your injury and activity level, respecting your desire and commitment. Trigger point therapy (self-myofascial release) also plays a crucial role in preventing future injuries and aiding recovery after exercise and competition. Whether you're recovering from an injury or aiming to enhance your performance, an individualized stretching/core strengthening routine can keep you injury-free, improve your athletic abilities, and dramatically increase your quality of life. We're committed to helping you stay active and doing what you love.
CERVICAL DECOMPRESSION
Cervical Decompression is a therapy that is occasionally used for treatment of neck pain and radiculopathy. This is a gentle, pain free mechanism to reduce pressure on the cervical spine, discs and nerves. We live in a “flexion” world, when a majority of our day is most likely adding significant stress to our cervical spine, muscles and nerves, in turn causing a ride range of symptoms. Mechanical cervical traction helps return our cervical spine to the natural curvature.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses suction to lift the skin and tissues, helping to separate tight fascia from underlying muscles, improving glide and flexibility. This release of fascial restrictions promotes better muscle function, reduces pain, and enhances recovery for athletes.
The Benefits for Athletes
For athletes, healthy fascia is essential for optimal performance. When fascia is free and flexible, muscles can work more efficiently, range of motion is improved, and the risk of injury is reduced. By helping to release fascial restrictions, cupping therapy can:
Improve muscle function: Muscles can contract and relax more effectively.
Enhance flexibility: Athletes can achieve greater range of motion.
Reduce pain: Tight fascia can contribute to pain and discomfort.
Speed recovery: Improved blood flow aids in healing and tissue repair.
